We started our day, as usual, with cereal and Summer Fun Camp. Camp was fun today. We taught our classes, then went outside for some fun and games, including a dance party and arts and crafts. After camp ended, the group drove to Portsmouth for lunch. We stopped at a local food court and enjoyed burritos, smoothies, crepes, and cookies. Lunch was delicious! On our drive back to Bense we all fell asleep in the car. Then, we changed into our bathing suits and headed to Batibou Beach yet again to enjoy the afternoon in the sun. When we got home, we started our individual projects and went out into town to get them underway. Many of us interviewed locals and came back with unique stories. We then ate dinner and went to the store for some late night snacks. Today was another great day in Dominica!
