Our 6th day began with the much anticipated start of Summer Fun Camp! Once we organized our specific work groups, each of us worked with the campers in our teaching pairs. Whether it was singing/acting or doing arts and crafts, everyone was busy and challenged by the young students from the Bense area. After class, everyone enjoyed a thrilling water fight. Next, we all went to Batibou Beach, our favorite. We had chicken fights, played card games, swam, drank passion fruit juice, enjoyed the beautiful Caribbean sun, and relaxed after our first day of camp. We enjoyed another locally cooked meal and we plan on having another dance party to end our day!
